Does anybody ever read this bit?

For those who do... we'll help make up a little list and map nearer the time of some of our favourite spots for an enjoyable trip to London. Though most I'm sure are well acquainted and we would hope you spend most of the weekend with us anyway.

If you're travelling and can't find family willing or able to host you; Farringdon/Clerkenwell is quite a handy spot. The Church and reception venue are both there. Though you may find more value elsewhere.

The Church is 5min from Farringdon station and reception party is at Coin Laundry in Exmouth market. Which is just a short walk 15-20min from Church.

Farringdon is well connected too. It's on the Elizabeth line which is super fast to get you across London and to/from Heathrow in 40min. The Thameslink also connects with Gatwick and Luton. Or you can get a train to/from Stansted via Liverpool street station which is very close. If you're flying in Friday morning, it would make things very easy for you.

It's on the Metropolitan line & Thameslink which are very handy for getting to NW London where many of our families hide out. We'll be hoping you join us for a day two celebration in the Grand Junction Arms by the Regents Canal in Harlesden.
